Nope, it is legit! There aren't many survivors in Miltown and presumably they spend their AP and resources maintaining more important buildings than schools. I have my two zombies to play, so I don't mind my survivor being out of action for a couple of days.

have you been to coney lately? it's pretty run down ATM so use another... "light up like Vegas" might work.
