Standard orders. Raid time as always.

What I would suggest is that we tighten the roles from "Whatever you feel" to "Whatever the team needs". I am not 100% sure what that is, although clearly the majority should be Strong. I would hope for a Smart for Infection and perhaps a Fast for scouting. Clearly the Smart must be a very active player, someone who is able to level quickly. Other roles can be shared as suited.
